Hilton Worldwide has announced that it will open its first hotel under its boutique Curio - A Collection by Hilton brand in the United Arab Emirates.
Due to open in 2018, the two-tower Rosemont Hotel and Residences will have 450 guestrooms and 280 serviced apartments on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road.
In keeping with Curio's local focus, The Rosemont Hotel and Residences will be situated opposite Dubai Internet City, providing guests access to key business districts and top tourist attractions, including Mall of the Emirates and Jumeirah Beach. The hotel will also offer four meeting rooms, two boardrooms and one multi-functional space for small- and large-scale meetings, conferences and events.
For dining, guests can enjoy three restaurants, a lobby café and two bars. Guests will also have access to a fully equipped gym, an outdoor pool and a spa.
