D.R. Casino Appoints Executive Chef

 

Casino Dominicus, opening this month in La Romana, Dominican Republic, has appointed Guillermo de la Cruz executive chef for two of its restaurants.

A graduate of the Culinary Art School of Casa de Campo as well as the Hemphill School of Restaurant Administration, de la Cruz served as executive chef at the five-star Casa de Campo Resort, also in the Dominican Republic, and has held several executive chef positions in the U.S. Visit www.casinodominicus.com.
