Delano Las Vegas Hosts Local Art Exhibit

Sam HonThrough December, Delano Las Vegas is celebrating local artists with Spektive, a photo exhibit by Sam Hon. Hone is a Las Vegas-based artist that has worked in commercial photography for celebrities, athletes, in advertising campaigns and more.

He likes to work with the idea that art has different meaning, depending on where the viewer is standing.

The exhibit is located in the Delano lobby and has five pieces. The art appears to be digitally composed, but with a closer look guests will see that the works are comprised of the female figure. Hon didn’t just use one female figure, he used 500. He spent more than 700 hours contorting and layering the 500 figures into each piece of art.
