Delta Expands Service to Tokyo from Detroit, Los Angeles

Delta Air Lines will be offering new daily, year-round flights between Tokyo's Haneda Airport and Detroit and Los Angeles as of January 29. Sales begin Saturday, July 17 at delta.com and other ticketing channels.

The flight schedules are as follows:

Flight 627 departs Detroit at 7:30 p.m. and arrives at Tokyo-Haneda at 11 p.m. the following day.

Flight 628 departs Tokyo-Haneda at 6:55 a.m. and arrives at Detroit at 4:50 a.m.

Flight 635 departs Los Angeles at 12:10 a.m. and arrives Tokyo-Haneda at 5 a.m. the following day.

Flight 636 departs Tokyo-Haneda at 1 a.m. and arrives at Los Angeles at 6:40 p.m. the previous day.

The new service from Detroit will benefit Delta's presence in Asia, considering the recent flights added to Seoul and Hong Kong and the expanded service to Shanghai.
