The Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism sponsored People en Espanol's "50 Most Beautiful" issue gala at New York City's Capitale on May 12.
The 18th annual event followed in suit of the issue's "circus theme" and honored well-regarded celebrities in the U.S. Hispanic market.

Attendees participated in a Dominican Republic-branded "Game of Chance" for an opportunity to win a trip for two to Puerto Plata and a stay at the Presidential Suites at Hacienda Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resorts.
