Those who spend hours perfecting the perfect cocktail might find their fix at any one of The Dorchester Collection’s seven properties, which have added a new “DC” Signature Cocktail and Mocktail menu to their list of offerings. Each of the hotels’ barmen contributed to the innovative menu of libations (think the Gilt Classic Smash, from the Gilt Bar at The New York Palace; Chili and Passion fruit Martini from Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan; the Martinez at The Dorchester in London; and Bellini at Le Meurice in Paris).
The DC Mocktail Collection includes seven signature drinks from the same mixologists. The White Mojito is available at Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris, while Hotel Bel-Air serves up the Garden of Eden—a healthy concoction with cucumber and limejuice—and Virgin Pomegranate and Ginger Mojito at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
For those who want to walk away with their own signature drink, the Dorchester Collection is also introducing new Personalized Mixology Classes, which will be offered as one-on-one customized experiences in bespoke cocktail mixing, based on each customer’s preferences. Each guest will be given their signature cocktail and mocktail recipes via USB drive to take home with them. Le Meurice is not included in this program.
The Dorchester Collection has also launched a dedicated YouTube channel where anyone can go to recreate these cocktails and find out more about the Dorchester Collection’s barmen.
