Dream Hollywood to Open in Second Quarter of 2016

The property will have 179 guestrooms and suites, five dining and nightlife venue and, best of all, an 11,000 square foot rooftop with views of the Los Angeles skyline. 

In a concept perfect for people watching, the hotel will be flanked by a pedestrian alleyway linking the property and its adjacent restaurant and nightlife venues, making half a city block on the corner of Selma Ave. and N. Cahuenga Blvd. into a communal gathering space. Inside, the Rockwell Group-designed hotel will draw upon Los Angeles' mid-century architecture for a look inspired by famous California architects like John Lautner and Richard Neutra.
