Eden Roc Renaissance Beach Resort & Spa Under Renovation

The Miami Beach resort, in the heart of Millionaire Row, is undergoing a $170 million renovation, set to be complete in late 2008. Renovations include all 349 guest rooms of the existing tower being reconfigured to house oversized bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Other redevelopments include cabanas and pools, the spa, restaurants, meeting space and stores. All guest room corridors will be remodeled and the Eden Roc elevators also will be refurbished. Also on the list of improvements is the creation of a 21-story, 283-guest room tower on the south edge of the resort. The tower will include a limited number of 1,200-square-foot private oceanfront Miami Beach suites. Eden Roc Renaissance Beach Resort & Spa will reopen its first phase of the renovation, 349 new guest rooms and suites, in winter 2008. In its final phase, the new tower will open in late 2008.
