Puerto Rico’s El San Juan Resort & Casino, A Hilton Hotel recently announced the opening of the Royal Casino, its rebranded on-site casino, after an extensive renovation featuring new interactive systems, products, player-experience enhancements, and a loyalty club.
The casino is the first on the island to offer Scientific Games’ latest Bally system solutions floor-wide in its full capacity, including iVIEW player-interface displays, the Elite Bonusing Suite and self-service beverage ordering, among other enhancements.
Among the casino’s upgraded features are the Bally iVIEW Display Manager (DM) and Elite Bonusing Suite, enabling touchscreen technology and interactive, floor-wide player-bonusing events. Guests will also be able to order drinks directly at any gaming machine using the imbedded iVIEW touchscreen display and the Bally self-service beverage ordering system.
To build on player enhancement, the casino has created a new gaming loyalty club that rewards players based on play. There are four levels, including Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond – all with their unique set of rewards and benefits. Players can enjoy perks such as discounts on restaurants, room upgrades, complimentary nights, free parking, special rates, personal hosts, birthday rewards, premium drinks and more, based on member level.
