Ethiopian Airlines to Launch Dreamliner Next Week

Cool news for Africa-bound travelers: Ethiopian Airlines will become the first airline in Africa to offer service on Boeing’s all-new 787 Dreamliner next week.

The 787 has bigger windows and better views; higher humidity levels and new air filtration technologies; a quieter, smoother flight; and advanced lighting.

Ethiopian Airlines will fly the 787 Dreamliner from Washington Dulles International Airport to Addis Ababa on Thursday, August 16. Regularly scheduled, nonstop flights from Dulles to Addis will commence in fall 2012.
