The second phase of construction is expected to begin in May 2011.

Villas include gourmet-style kitchens, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, spacious walk-in closets, exotic hardwood and natural stone flooring, central air-conditioning and state-of-the-art technology. In addition, each villa includes a custom furniture package with premium finishes, indoor and outdoor living spaces and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to private lanais.
