Marriott International, Inc. has opened Hawaii’s first Residence Inn in the form of the new Residence Inn by Marriott, Maui Wailea.
On September 15, the newly constructed hotel will welcome local officials; community dignitaries; business leaders; lifestyle and trend influencers to a grand opening celebration.
The all-suite hotel consists of studio, one - and two-bedroom offerings. Each suite offers living zones and fully equipped kitchens.
Other amenities include upscale furnishings; deluxe bedding; flat screen TVs; functional work surfaces, and lanais (balconies) that open to a views of the ocean or mountainside.
The Great Room leads to the outdoor living area where guests will enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub and the patio bar with fire pits.
For fun in the sun, guests have the option of putting on the golf green or shooting hoops at the Sport Court — all with Maui’s natural landscape as the backdrop.
The property also contains 1,800 square feet of indoor function space, which breaks out into the Molokai and Molokini meeting rooms, and a green lawn for outdoor special events.
