ESquared Hospitality, the parent company of BLT Market and BLT Steak Waikiki, recently announced the following offerings to get Millennials excited for the fall season.
New Happy Hour Menus
Millennials looking to unwind with some light snacks and refreshing cocktails while enjoying impressive views of Waikiki will enjoy BLT Market’s recently launched Pau Hana menu.
Available daily from 3 to 6 p.m., BLT Market's new Pau Hana menu includes Assistant Manager and Sommelier Dane Tuzzio’s popular "Farmer’s Mojito," "Lilikoi Margarita," and "Lavender Lady" cocktails.
Highlights of BLT Steak's new Sunset Menu include the "Smoked Brisket Musubi," "Molokai Ranch Short Rib Poutine," "Mini Chirashi Bowl" and "Lobster Mac N’ Cheese." The menu, available daily from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., will change quarterly.
BLT Markets New Cocktails
Tuzzio’s comprehensive beverage menu at BLT Market has something for everyone including refreshing mocktails and a variety of cocktails from low-alcohol to inventive drinks utilizing house-made gin.
The latest cocktail is "The Stinger." It contains Rye, orange juice, lemon juice, Aperol, Manoa Honey and orange peel.
In addition to The Stinger, Tuzzio is adding the following new cocktails to the mix:
The Botanist: This drink includes sherry, St. Germaine Liqueur, gin, lime peel skewer
Market Moo: This drinks includes Ko Hana Kea White Rum, lime juice, cane sugar, dragon fruit BLT Steak has also refreshed its cocktail menu including a new hit, the Karma Cherry Margarita utilizing Karma Tequila owned by North Shore big wave surfer Reef Mcintosh.
Karma Cherry Margarita: This beverage includes Karma Tequila, luxardo maraschino cherry juice, Cointreu triple sec, fresh lime juice, and a cayenne salted rim.
Aloha Kitty: This drink incudes Grey Goose Pear, peach schnapps, guava juice and grapefruit juice.
Pau Hana: This cocktails includes Hendrick’s Gin, muddled mint & cucumber, lime juice ad sugar syrup.
Paloma: This includes Herradura Tequila, fresh lime juice and grapefruit soda.
