Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and Palace Resorts announced Monday that four upscale Palace Resorts properties in Mexico will join the Wyndham brand.
They are Beach Palace, Cancun; Isla Mujeres Palace, Isla Mujeres; and Playacar Palace and Xpu-Ha Palace, both in the Riviera Maya.
Xpu-Ha Palace will be rebranded as a Wyndham Resort while Beach Palace, Isla Mujeres Palace and Playacar Palace will gain the Wyndham Grand Resort designation. All will continue to be owned and operated by Palace Resorts.
Jeff Wagoner, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts president, said the franchise agreements will now create a total presence of 26 Wyndham properties in Mexico and the Caribbean.
