Four Seasons Maui Redesigns Top Suites, Offers New Experience

Recently redesigned Maile Suite offers more than 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space

Four Seasons Resort Maui has completed a $3 million remake of its top luxury residential/presidential suites -- the Maile and Lokelani -- and introduced the "Complete Suite Experience."

The newly-created guest experience manager (GEM) position has been designed to focus on the needs of top-level suite guests. Shermaine Rodrigues was recently named to the position.

The Complete Suite Experience provides guests who stay in any of 16 top suites with luxury car pick-up from their home to the airport with Uber and an eco-friendly Tesla or a private SUV provided by Four Seasons Resort Maui waiting to whisk them from Kahului Airport in Maui to the resort in Wailea. At the end of the stay, the process repeats the luxury transfers, delivering guests in style and comfort to their home.

The Resort offers some of the largest hotel suites on Maui, all with Pacific Ocean views, giving guests extra space for relaxing and entertaining just like at home—and thoughtful amenities right down to fresh flowers and high-speed Internet.

Guests can choose luxurious Maui oceanfront suites with 180-degree views from two lanais: one with a dining table and one with two lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Suites are decorated with residential quality furnishings and selections from an original Hawaiian-inspired art collection.

A special complimentary feature of the Complete Suite Experience is a private dinner prepared by one of the resort’s chefs to take place in a venue chosen by the guest – from a romantic oceanfront location under the stars to a family affair in the suite dining room or garden or in one of the lush and tropical garden settings at the Resort. The dinner is designed and prepared for the number of guests registered in the suite.
