GOGO Vacations Reintroduces Printed Documents to Travel Agents

Harbour Bridge, SydneyGOGO Vacations is reintroducing printed documents to travel agents. The new printed documents will not replace the environmentally friendly e-documents, leaving agents with the ability to accommodate their clients in both fashions. Travel agents wishing to have their documents printed are asked to forward their e-documents to the GOGO Documents Team, where a dedicated team will assist in providing the alternate document option at no additional cost. Simple directions will be provided in the email when e-documents are received. GOGO Vacations understands the current economic challenges and wants to make sure the agents have no additional cost when they are properly serving their clients.

"We have heard the travel agents wishes for the return of printed documents and felt that giving agencies a choice by reinstating the printed documents will help continue to grow their business," stated GOGO Vacations Director of Sales, Jayne Buchwald. "While some travelers enjoy the electronic form, accessible on all smart devices, we realize some travelers want the tangible reassurance that the printed documents provide."

The new printed option will be available for all bookings paid in full on or after Feb. 4, 2013
