As we roll into 2014, Solmar Hotels & Resorts is announcing Phase 3 of the resort group's newest property, Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa. The new phase will include the addition of oceanfront suites, a new swimming pool, a new lobby and a Kids Club, scheduled to open by February 2014.

The property plans to open 17 new units on February 7, and 26 more by the end of that month, with full completion expected by May 2014. The new units will include studio suites, master suites, presidential suites and two-bedroom Penthouses. Once complete, construction on Building D will begin, which includes the addition of the Main Lobby.

Later in 2014, the property plans to introduce more dining options, begin construction on a fitness center, as well as updates for the property's existing Sea spa.
