Hard Rock International has announced that, in combination with Abu Dhabi Financial Group and Sheffield Holdings, Hard Rock Hotel Dubai Marina will be estimated to open mid-2015 in Marina 101 in the Dubai Marina neighborhood.
It will be the second tallest building in the world and the tallest residential building once it is completed. It is the third project the hotel has announced this year.
Being Hard Rock’s first location in the Middle East, it will have 101 floors and be divided into three sections, including 281 rooms, as well as a club lounge and traditional Hard Rock dining establishment on the top floor.
In addition, the hotel will have amenities, such as the Rock Spa and the Body Rock health club, event space with an outdoor terrace and swimming pools.
