Hawaii Tourism Authority Soliciting Proposals for Product Enrichment Program

The Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA), the state agency for tourism, is soliciting proposals for its Product Enrichment Program, which support community-based programs that enhance visitor and resident experiences, as well as create opportunities for economic development, natural resource preservation and perpetuation of the Hawaiian culture.

Included in the HTA’s Product Enrichment Program are the Community-Based Natural Resources Program, Kūkulu Ola – Living Hawaiian Culture Program and County Product Enrichment Program.

Hawaii is a special place defined by its unique people, place and culture,” said Mike McCartney, HTA President and CEO, in written release. “The HTA’s Product Enrichment Program offers opportunities to stimulate economic development while sustaining and perpetuating Hawaii’s natural resources and celebrating our cultural and community diversity.”
