Hawaiian Airlines Announces San José to Maui flights

On the heels of Hawaiian Airlines' recent announcement of nonstop flights from Oakland to Maui, the airline has also announced new nonstop flights from San José, three days weekly, starting January 2012. The airline will operate the San José – Maui flights using its wide-body, twin-aisle Boeing 767-300 aircraft.

Starting Tuesday, January 10, 2012, Hawaiian Flight 46 will depart Maui’s Kahului Airport on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 1:25 p.m. and arrive at Mineta San José International Airport at 8:25 p.m. Return Flight 45 will depart San José on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 8:10 a.m. and arrive at Maui at 11:45 a.m.

As with the Oakland flights, Hawaiian is offering transfers to Kona via Maui at no extra charge.

To celebrate the launch of its San José – Maui service, Hawaiian is offering a special introductory roundtrip fare of $298.40 (plus applicable fees) for travel between January 10 and March 14, 2012. Tickets must be purchased by September 14.
