Hilton Garden Inn Announces Opening of Brand's First Hotel in Peru

Hilton Garden Inn recently announced the opening of the brand’s first hotel in Peru – the new 137-room Hilton Garden Inn Cusco in the city’s historic neighborhood of Santa Ana.  

The new hotel represents Hilton Worldwide's fourth in Peru and the latest addition to the brand’s growing portfolio of more than 650 hotels worldwide.

Located on a hillside, overlooking the historic city and within walking distance to Plaza de Armas, Hilton Garden Inn Cusco offers a great spot to explore the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Site and the surrounding areas, as one of the hotels with fastest access to the area’s main sites and airport.

Built respecting the natural surroundings, the city’s ancient culture and local architecture, Hilton Garden Inn Cusco features colonial design, with fresh and contemporary elements, as well as an abundance of natural light.  

The rooms feature the brand’s signature bedding with white duvets and crisp linens; a work desk with an ergonomic desk chair; complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel; a 42-inch LCD high-definition flat-screen television and an in-room "hospitality center" with a mini refrigerator and complimentary coffee. 

Dining options include the Garden Grille - a full-service restaurant led by Daniel Chang Matsusaka, local Peruvian chef. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the restaurant features the flavors of Peru combined with international cuisine, complete with locally sourced ingredients.  

Clients can also enjoy drinks and light snacks at the Conservatory Lounge, offering panoramic views of the city, its architecture and surrounding mountains. 

The hotel also offers a Pavilion Lounge, complete with fireplace, in-room dining and the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry shop with a selection of delicious ready-made meals, beverages and snacks, as well as last minute essentials.
Other amenities include space for yoga sessions and flexible meeting space for up to 140 guests. The courtyards can accommodate 250 guests for social events and gatherings.
