Hong Kong Disneyland Unveils New Attractions

Hong Kong Disneyland will unveil three new attractions this month, according to Disney officials. In Autopia, guests cruise "the highways of tomorrow in innovative electric cars," while at the Stich Encounter, they chat in real-time with the movie character Stich displayed on a video screen. Stich is a blue alien from the Disney animated movie, "Lilo & Stich." Meanwhile, the park also debuts the UFO Zone, "an interactive alien landscape" dedicated to keeping guests cool with sprinklers, water pop jets, bubblers, misters, thrusters and squirters. The new attractions open July 13.
