Hong Kong's International Wine & Dine Festival Kicks Off this Month

Here's some foodie fodder: The end of October is sure to be a delicious time for Hong Kong visitors when the destination kicks off the International "Wine & Dine" Festival. Held on the West Kowloon waterfront, the event will run from October 28 to October 31.

Last year's inaugural event brought over 70,000 visitors and this year the plan is to go bigger and better. The event will showcase the finest international wines along with local award-winning cuisine and gourmet fare. Attendees can expect Chinese seafood and barbecue plus Sichuan foods and other Asian specialties from Thai and Singaporean to Indian, Korean and Japanese. Cooking classes, wine and food pairing demonstrations and live entertainment are also on the bill.
