After two years of culinary excellence, Hong Kong is hosting the third annual Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, celebrating the city's rich and diverse food and wine culture.
The festival will be held October 27 through 30 when over 100 food and wine purveyors will meet against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour. The festival will showcase cooking demonstrations and classes, live entertainment and more. Last year's event pulled in over 110,000 food and wine enthusiasts from all over the world.
To put this in perspective, Hong Kong is home to over 11,000 restaurants, with over 40 awarded stars in the Michelin Guide. The city has attracted the world's top chefs, inspiring them to open outposts of their critically acclaimed restaurants, including Nobu Matsuhisa, Joel Roubuchon, Alain Ducasse and Pierre Gagnaire.
