Hotel Hana-Maui Now Operated by Arden Grove Hospitality

Yesterday, we reported that Passport Resorts LLC is no longer associated with Hotel Hana-Maui. Additional details reveal that the hotel’s operations have been transitioned to hotelier Philip Wood’s Arden Grove Hospitality.

Wood, Arden Grove Hospitality’s president, will be responsible for the oversight and management of the operations of Hotel Hana-Maui and all of its affiliated businesses, working directly with the existing management team. Arden Grove Hospitality is a customized hospitality management company, incorporated in 2008. The company specializes in the operation of intimate luxury hotels and resorts positioned in prime and exclusive locations.

Wood, a native of Coventry, England, received his formal hospitality training in luxury hotels in London and Paris. He’s served on the board of Relais & Châteaux North America and the board of Preferred Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
