The Hôtel Royal, Evian, has joined the Virtuoso Hotels & Resorts program.
Following two years of refurbishment, the Hôtel Royal reopened last July. The property is set of 47-acre grounds surrounded by Lake Geneva and the French Alps. The hotel, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, offers 150 rooms and suites that have been restored and modernised. The sixth floor, previously reserved for meetings and conventions, has been transformed into seven private suites with panoramic views of the lake. On the garden level, a new convention center has been created.
For dining, the restaurant Les Fresques has special lighting to enhance the lines of the period frescoes.
