MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica – As part of our week-long coverage of the annual Jamaica Product Exchange (JAPEX), Travel Agent attend a press conference hosted by Island Outpost resorts in which we learned that the famous GoldenEye resort will reopen October 10 after being closed for the last two years.
The property’s original design, including three beaches and singular lagoon, have all been preserved as 11 beach cottages and six lagoon suites have been added to the hotel’s accommodations. Two new restaurants round out the food and beverage offering. An array of experiences ranging from water sports to fitness activities will be led by Jamaica’s own Olympic athlete, Iona Wynter.
