JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans to open a new 300-room hotel in Cabo San Lucas in 2015.
The property will sit on 14 acres overlooking the Sea of Cortez and will offer 820 feet of beach. The JW Marriott will be one piece of a 2,000-acre planned community of Puerto Los Cabos, which includes private residences, a marina, an 18-hole Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus golf course, restaurants and retail space.
The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, snack bar and grill and a pool bar. Recreational facilities will include a swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzi, tennis courts and fitness center, as well as a kids/teen club and a business center.
