The Ka’anapali Ali’i condominium resort on Maui is offering a wedding and vow renewal packages.
The wedding package includes Hawaiian vows performed by an island minister, traditional green vine maile lei for the husband and white tuberose lei for the wife, and a long yellow plumeria lei to form a circle around the couple during the ceremony. The wedding can take place on the beach or lawn. Cost is $775 plus tax. Also available is the Ali’i Ultimate Wedding or Vow Renewal that includes all of the above plus an island musician, a photographer (18 color prints) and a bottle of champagne with two Ka’anapali Ali’i keepsake flutes. Cost is $1,550 plus tax.
Ka’anapali Ali’i’s “Swept Away on Maui” package is priced from $2,300 to $4,300, depending on room type. This includes five nights’ accommodations, champagne on arrival, luau for two, a couple’s massage and a convertible rental car. Packages are available through December 19, 2008.
