Kahala Spa on Oahu Announces New Organic Treatment

This sounds like a dream come true for spa aficionados: The Kahala Spa’s Island Offerings: Inspiration for the Senses is a swank three-hour program that focuses on organic, fresh and natural treatments.

Kahala Spa therapists will provide a unique customized 30-minute consultation to determine each guest's goals: detoxification, hydration, exfoliation or energizing and rejuvenation. Therapists will then guide guests on a mixology lesson to create a customized concoction of farm-fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables to be used throughout the treatment.

The treatment series, held in one of the Kahala Spa’s private rooms, continues with a sea salt, macadamia nut, or sugar scrub; a yogurt-based therapeutic body wrap and scalp treatment; an aromatherapy sachet bath; and a 90-minute Hawaiian lomi-lomi massage. While unwinding in a scented bath, guests will also be treated to a refreshing tropical smoothie made from the unused fruits presented at the beginning of the session.
