Here's a name to remember for your spa-loving Hawaii-bound clients: Cecilia Hercik has been named Regional Director of Spa Operations for the Kapalua Spa.
Cecilia comes to the Kapalua Spa from Spa Grande at the Grand Wailea. Prior to joining Spa Grande, Cecilia was the Corporate Spa Director for Aveda-Estee Lauder-Neill Corporation; the Executive Spa Director at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans; and held various management positions with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Florida. A graduate of the Instituto Metropolitano of Lima, Peru and FCCJ Jacksonville, Florida, Cecilia is fluent in English and Spanish. She is certified by the Global College of Natural Medicine as a Nutritional Consultant.
Cecilia will be responsible for day to day operations of the Kapalua Spa, including program development, staff recruitment and training, financial performance, yield management and guest experience/quality control.
