Anthony Freda has been named resort manager at the Outrigger-managed Kapalua Villas in Honolulu.
In his new role, Freda is not only responsible for the day to day resort operations, but will also review and develop department standards of operations, room quality programs as well as programs focused on the growth of core service values, individual and community growth.
Anthony Freda comes to The Kapalua Villas from Four Seasons Resorts Lanai where he was food and beverage director at the Koele Lodge and Manele Bay Hotels. Prior to that, he worked at various four and five diamond properties including Four Seasons Hotels in Florida, Georgia, and New York; The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Georgia, California, Hawaii and St. Thomas; Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Mississippi, and Hyatt Regency Hotel, New Jersey.
Freda earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College – Lincroft, New Jersey. He has also received certifications in the following areas; Certified Sommelier – Sommelier Society of America and Certified Food and Beverage Executive – American Hotel & Lodging Association.
The Kapalua Villas recently joined Outrigger Hotels & Resorts’ family of hotels as the newest addition of the company’s deluxe condominium collection.
