Kempinski Opens Hotel Soma Bay in Egypt; Guarantees Sunny Days

Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay, a new holiday resort on the Soma Bay peninsula, a 45-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport in Egypt, opened with 325 guest rooms and suites. The resort complex also sports four restaurants—the main restaurant, appropriately named The View, has a terrace overlooking the Red Sea—three bars, private beach, spa and health club, as well as 18-hole championship and nine-hole golf courses.

For the Kids: Hotel Soma Bay has a baby pool, kids’ club, kids’ menus in the restaurants and kids size bathrobes and slippers in the guest rooms.

Nice Touch: General Manager Martin H. Kolb is promising sunny days, but just in case your clients’ visit is plagued with a rain shower or two, a complimentary night stay is available.

Special Offer
An opening package is available now through April 30. The special offer, which is approximately $660, includes seven nights in a Garden View room, half board, complimentary airport transfers from and to Hurghada International Airport and guaranteed sunshine. If it does rain, there is a 10-percent discount on the package.
