Just three hours east of Seattle in the scenic Pacific Northwest is The Lake House at Chelan, a family-friendly resort that celebrated its grand opening last month.
With 40 fully furnished one- and three-bedroom residences, and a 4,000-square-foot Pool House with amenities, including a fitness center, recreation room with pool table, poker table, flat-screen TVs, indoor/outdoor kitchen and living room, The Lake House is this region’s newest vacation spot.
While the property was designed for ownership and time shares, vacation rentals are welcome. Agents should target clients seeking the comforts of home, along with the amenities of a top resort. Special rates are offered with events and may include wine tastings and pairings, fitness classes, movie nights, family barbecues and kids camps.
The Lake House also has a year-round heated outdoor swimming pool, large hot tub, kids’ “splash zone” and a gas fire pit. Activity options include swimming, boating, beach volleyball, bicycle tours, basketball, tennis, walking, skateboarding, water park, skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and more.
Clients will have access to amenities, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and pre-arranged dining reservations, golf tee times at any of the courses and wine tours at one of the 13 neighboring wineries.
