Lanesborough to Host Wine-Themed Dining Event

Heads up, foodies! The Lanesborough will host an exclusive event with The House of Ruinart, a notable producer of vintage and non-vintage cuvees. On May 19, at Apsleys, a Heinz Beck Restaurant, guests can sample a seven-course tasting menu specially created by three Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck and paired with Ruinart’s premium vintages. Frederic Panaiotis, Cellar Master from The House of Ruinart, will guide guests through each course.

The menu is reported to include Sea Scallops with pea and artichoke, Langoustine with fennel and grapefruit, and Chef Heinz Beck’s signature Carbonara Fagottelli. Each course is paired with a rare Ruinart vintage.
