LaSalle Buys Holiday Inn Wall Street

The Associate Press reports LaSalle Hotel Properties has purchased the Holiday Inn Wall Street in Lower Manhattan for about $51.5 million. The company expects to close on the deal for the 138-room hotel in the fourth quarter of 2006.
