LaTour Hotels and Resorts is readying to welcome Los Veneros Resort and Residences, in Punta Mita, Mexico, into its fold.
LaTour Hotels and Resorts will offer management of the Homeowners Association, concierge services, extensive residential services for owners, a rental program and exchange opportunities.
The 91-residence luxury Los Veneros is set on 37 acres of oceanfront property. Sixty-six of the homes are finished while 25 are nearing completion. Their expected debut is in December. The property also offers a Beach Club with bar and grill, an oceanfront pool, recreational water sports and spa and health club facilities.
LaTour Hotels and Resorts was founded by Tom LaTour, the former Chairman and CEO of the Kimpton Group. LaTour was integral in developing Kimpton's place in the industry. He also has is own vineyard operation, LaTour Vineyards, producing artisan Napa Valley wines.
