London’s The Lanesborough Hotel has appointed Stephanie Navatto as associate director of sales. Navatto is responsible for promoting, directing, and administering sales efforts on behalf of The Lanesborough in the Northeast region of the U.S., based in New York. Navatto will specifically target the high end corporate, leisure, and small groups.
Navatto has nine years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having served as senior sales manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She also held the title of senior sales manager at Grande Lakes Orlando, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and JW Marriott Orlando.
During her time with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company Navatto’s sales efforts contributed to a 36 percent increase in revenue and a 51 percent increase in room night production. In addition, she was bestowed the “Rookie of the Year” Award by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for the outstanding relationships she forged with travel agents.
