London Hotel Launches Book Club

The Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel, located in London's literary quarter, has launched its own Book of the Month club.

Bloomsbury was home to literary legends Virginia Woolf and E.M Forster. Keeping with the literary tradition of its location, the hotel will recommend a Book of the Month to its guests, who can take home a complimentary copy courtesy of the hotel. September's recommended book is the timeless "Tales of Hans Christian Andersen" (from Walkers Illustrated Classics).

The hotel of choice for London's Literati (Sarah Waters, Dave Boling and Nick Hornby have been recent guests), the 174-bedroom Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street, launched in January 2009, has dedicated an entire wall to one of Bloomsbury's most famous exports, Virginia Woolf's "Mrs Dalloway." The striking art installation, made up of pages from the celebrated novel, dominates the hotel's reception area.

The Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel was renovated in early 2009 and features 174 guest rooms, including three luxury suites. This fall, the hotel's Bed & Breakfast package, including breakfast and VAT tax, offers rates from approximately $328.
