Los Cabos to Host First Wine Festival

The first Cabo San Lucas International Wine Festival is set to kick off January 16-19 at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort & Spa. It's not every day agents can pitch Mexico as a wine lover's destination, but the Cabo festival will feature 100 wines by vintners from around the world. Additionally, the four-day festival will include food, educational seminars, cooking demonstrations, a "Wines of Mexico" tasting and luncheon, "Grand Tasting of International Wines" and dinners. All ticket purchases include a one-year subscription to Wine Country International magazine (sponsor of the festival), a souvenir logo glass and collectible food sampler plate. Cost of a four-day event pass is $275, hotel and meals not included. Visit www.pueblobonito.com. (JP)
