Construction of Cap Maison, St. Lucia’s first residential-style luxury boutique hotel, will be completed in May. The hotel is now accepting reservations for stays starting in July, when the property officially opens.
This is a slight delay from the originally anticipated opening, due to the extensive “craftsmanship” that the project entailed, according to property officials. Located on a four-acre, clifftop parcel of land, Cap Maison is just minutes north of the popular Rodney Bay. The guest rooms, villas and suites have views north to Martinique, west to Pigeon Island and views of the Caribbean Sea, best seen from the individual rooftop terraces. A total of 50 suites and guest rooms will be serviced by private butlers. The Villa Suites will be fully equipped with kitchens, living and dining areas, outdoor showers and private pools, which will be either on the ground floor or on a private rooftop terrace, depending on the room.
