Luxury Tower Tops off $1 Billion Renovation of Florida Resort

Executives from Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Coscan Construction recently gathered to commemorate the topping off of Fontainebleau's newest luxury tower. The 18-story, 286 all-suite tower being constructed on the south end of the property is part of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach resort's ongoing $1 billion renovation and expansion. The tower will include furnished junior and one-bedroom suites ranging in size from 550 to 1,742 square feet, plus balconies. Completion is scheduled for fall 2007.
