Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas is undergoing its first property-wide transformation since opening in 1999 this summer, with a complete re-vamp of its on-site restaurants, hotels, bars and pools.
Changes include the opening of Cirque du Soleil’s Michael Jackson ONE, a permanent tribute to the star, and the debut of Delano Las Vegas, a new all-suite boutique hotel within the resort. On floors 35-39, the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas will undergo a complete renovation.
Additionally, on Memorial Day Weekend, Mandalay Bay will unveil LIGHT Nightclub, by the Light Group, combining Cirque du Soleil artistry with light and music shows by renowned DJs. Also opening that weekend is DAYLIGHT Beach Club, a 50,000 square foot up-scale pool experience.
The KUMI Japanese Restaurant and Bar opens this summer with Thai, Peruvian, Latin and other Asian influences, complimenting the already existing Citizens Kitchen & Bar that features American comfort food like southern fried chicken and bacon wrapped meatloaf.
