Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas has introduced “Bento by MOzen Bistro,” a new dining experience inspired by Japenese bento. Guests are invited to craft their own bento boxes, creating a tasty and personalized repast. For $48, diners may choose six plates, each contained within its own bento box. The menu features dishes such as Pad Thai Gungsot prepared with rice noodles, sweet chili sauce and shrimp; Blackened Albacore Tuna Tataki drizzled with garlic-soy reduction, chili aioli, and shitake chips; and Malai Murgh cooked with chicken morsels marinated with cream cheese, cardamom and cashew nut.
MOzen Bistro also offers a selection of small plates to share ranging from $7-10, as well as larger entrées such as Thai Green Curry, Murgh Makhani, and the Royal Tandoori Platter at $16-40.
