Marriott Opens New AC Hotel in South of France

Marriott has expanded its portfolio in the south of France with the opening of its first AC Hotel by Marriott in the country, the first new property to open since the launch of the joint venture and co-brand last year. The former Hotel Ambassadeur, located in the seaside resort town of Juan-les-Pins, has been re-branded an AC Hotel by Marriott hotel.

The new AC Hotel Ambassadeur Antibes-Juan Les Pins joins the JW Marriott Hotel Cannes, which re-opened following a renovation earlier this year, the Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte de Monaco, and the AC Hotel Nice, which will open in early 2013.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, a pool-side grill and is close to a private sandy beach exclusively for guests. Guests can also try Provençal cuisine at the AC Ambassadeur Restaurant.
