Maui Ocean Center to Celebrate 18th Anniversary on March 13

The Maui Ocean Center will host its 18th anniversary celebration on Sunday, March 13. Visitors and residents are invited to participate in this annual event, which includes free aquarium admission for guests ages 18 and under, 18 percent discount at all retail and food and beverage outlets, 50 percent off general admission for kama‘aina (residents) and U.S. military, and a captivating lineup of marine-themed activities throughout the day. 

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., guests ages 18 and under will receive free admission. 

Residents and visitors are invited to explore the park and experience an exciting lineup of activities which include a "Turtle-riffic" presentation, Wet Naturalist, Marine Naturalist Station, Na Mo‘olelo cultural activities, live music, and more.

Environmental organizations from the marine science community will also be present throughout the day.

Maui Ocean Center has recently revamped its online booking system. Aquarium shuttle transportation, Journey Passes, family group and discount packages, kama‘aina and U.S. military admission, Shark Dive Maui, and the Fins & Flippers tour are now easier to book online.
