The first-ever TRYP By Wyndham hotel has opened in Mexico.
The new property, which is located a few steps from the World Trade Center in Mexico City, is the brand’s 20th hotel in the wider region. The property has a fitness center, free Wi-Fi, a business center and a restaurant on the top floor, among other amenities.
“We are very excited to work with Wyndham Hotel Group, a leading, global hotel company, to open the first TRYP by Wyndham in Mexico,” said Rex Mangwani, the hotel’s owner. “With the hotel’s unbeatable strategic location, unique design, and amenities – from the panoramic view of the top-floor restaurant to the bar with its delicious tapas – we believe travelers visiting Mexico City will enjoy every detail of their stay here.”
Wyndham has 120 TRYP properties around the world. It had recently been expanding in the region, most notably with the new Wyndham property in Grand Cayman.
