Mexico to Get Its First Wingate by Wyndham Hotel

Wyndham Hotel Group announced last week an agreement to develop a Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Chihuahua, Mexico, which will become the brand’s first property outside of the U.S. and Canada when it opens later this year, according to a written release.

The 137-room property will be 20 minutes from Chihuahua International Airport. The site is near one of the city’s premier shopping, nightlife and dining areas. It will feature 1,200 square feet of meeting space, 24-hour fitness and business centers, an outdoor heated pool, whirlpool spa and all of the brand’s signature amenities. Groundbreaking has already started. Visit www.wyndhamworldwide.com.
