New Baz Luhrmann Tribute Show and More at The Venetian and The Palazzo

romeo + julietThe Venetian and The Palazzo in Las Vegas have announced a new lineup of shows and events. 

BAZ - Star Crossed Love” debuted at The Palazzo Theatre last month and can be seen Tuesday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. through December 31, 2016. The show pays tribute to Baz Luhrmann’s films “Romeo + Juliet,” “Moulin Rouge” and “The Great Gatsby” in a production created exclusively for the stage. 

For wine lovers, August 17 the sommeliers of The Venetian and Palazzo will host a special wine tasting in the exclusive Paiza Club, an invite-only international gaming salon for high-roller members. Additionally, the Love and Vine at The Venetian event on Friday, October 7, will feature celebrated French chefs including Claude Le Tohic of Joel Robuchon, Jean Joho of Everest and The Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas, and Thomas Bellec, executive chef of Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, a Four Seasons Hotel.

On Thursday, September 15, Lagasse’s Stadium, which was named “Sports Bar of the Year” by Nightclub & Bar Magazine, will celebrate its seven-year anniversary. 

Guests can also enjoy new Yoga and Mimosas every Sunday at the Azure Pool; fine dining including Mario Batali’s Carnevino, Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, Daniel Boulud’s db Brasserie; spa treatments and fitness classes at Canyon Ranch SpaClub; and upscale shopping at the Grand Canal Shoppes – home to Barney’s New York, Fendi, Christian Louboutin and more.
