For foodie fun in Las Vegas book the new chocolate experience on the High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel. The in-cabin chocolate tasting experiences with Ethel M Chocolates begin on September 1.
Guests will learn about the aroma, taste and texture of the chocolate during the 30-minute tasting, which is equal to one rotation of the wheel. Guests will also be given a voucher for a complimentary glass of wine in the Sky Lounge prior to departure. Ethel M will provide favorite pieces of chocolate as well as seasonal offerings.

Tastings are available every Thursday from to 5 p.m. to 8:30p.m. The standard admission is $52 per person. Travelers can also book a private cabin for $1,500. Each chocolate tasting cabin can accommodate up to 15 guests.
